Frequently asked questions
What counts as an active listing?+
A listing counts against reusable plan capacity while it is available or sale pending in the marketplace. Paused inventory remains managed in your account but does not consume an active reusable slot while paused.
Are normal BigEquipCo platform tools included on every membership?+
Yes. Memberships are priced by active listing capacity, not by software feature gates. Normal BigEquipCo marketplace tools are included unless a service creates separate third-party cost or custom work.
Can I change capacity later?+
Yes. Choose the capacity that fits today and move to a larger membership when your active inventory grows.
Does BigEquipCo automatically force me into a larger tier?+
No. BigEquipCo can recommend a better-value capacity as inventory grows, but you decide when to upgrade.
How does the first-time seller promotion work?+
First eligible listing only. A new piece of equipment requires a new Single Seller posting or available capacity on an eligible inventory plan.
What happens if I cancel?+
Normal cancellations are scheduled for the end of the current paid term, with no prorated refund. You keep the applicable service through that term and the subscription does not renew.
Is API integration included?+
The normal platform is included. Standard API Setup is a one-time $499 add-on for compatible standard inventory APIs or feeds. Custom API work is quoted when it requires non-standard engineering.
Are dealer websites included?+
Dealer Websites are a separate optional product because they create a separate hosted service. The same BigEquipCo inventory can power the dealer website.
